If you have a naturally friendly disposition, and an eye for noticing guests arrive or feeling a little out of conversation at dinner, please volunteer to be the nominated lead. You will be tasked with making sure that fellow attendees benefit from introductions and inclusion. You can select to be a nominated lead at time of joining Lunch Clubs as a member.
*Lunches and Dinners will not necessarily have a host / nominated lead, but we will make every effort to ensure venues support members in finding their table and that members all carry the same ethos of a warm and friendly welcome.
HOSTING VENUES
Please contact us if you are interested in being a hosting venue and you can:
Display a table centre piece, to make it easier for members to find each other.
Provide parking (or details of bus or rail links)
Have a suitable table for guests to have meaningful conversations in the right ambiance
Have good disability access
Make good provisions for different dietary requirement
